Your Tasks - Your Passion
Independent execution of the Night Audit including daily closing
Control and completion of all accounting processes of the day
Operation and maintenance of the hotel software Protel
Check-in and check-out of late and early arrivals
Night contact person for our national and international guests
Receiving and processing of guest requests and concerns
Ensuring smooth operation at the reception during the night
Creation of reports and handover of relevant information to the Front Office
Compliance with and assurance of our quality and service standards
