About the job
The Opportunity
As a Quality Technician at our location in Zurich Altstetten (Micafil), you are the important link between our production and other departments. In this role, you significantly contribute to ensuring our quality standards and support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
What You Can Achieve
• Handling non-conformities, complaints, and potential risks using structured problem-solving methods
• Ensuring timely identification, investigation, and resolution of quality deviations
• Coordinating the involved teams in root cause analyses as well as implementing effective corrective and preventive measures
• Supporting the Quality Engineer in advanced quality assurance measures
• Collaborating in the development and implementation of processes and quality systems to prevent errors in production and delivery
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement corrective actions
• Conducting quality controls and providing data-driven insights to improve our manufacturing processes and reduce errors
What You Bring
• Technical training or comparable qualification in quality assurance, production, or metrology
• Knowledge in applying quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility
