- You further develop our employer branding and HR marketing and strengthen the positioning of KSGR as an attractive employer
- Your planning and implementation of personnel marketing measures and campaigns specifically target different professional groups
- You take on the content responsibility in the recruitment process – from creating job postings to advising on channels, tools, and standards
- The further development of our recruitment process and the candidate experience up to the transition to onboarding is also your responsibility

- You have training or further education in the field of human resources, marketing, or communication
- You have experience in personnel marketing or employer branding; experience in recruitment is a plus
- Your interest lies in digital recruiting channels, labor market trends, and modern personnel acquisition
- Conceptual thinking, your communicative nature, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration characterize you
