Your missions as a patient relations officer:

• Satisfy and retain patients by personalizing the service offered
• Ambassador and guarantor of the Ardentis Group's image
• Follow patients throughout their care journey
• Ensure patient satisfaction and handle complaints
• Quality control of the reception environment
• Creation and transfer of files between clinics
• Keep the clinic's visual communication up to date according to Marketing directives
• Organize various events in the clinic
• Manage and optimize practitioners' schedules
• Various administrative tasks (emails, letter writing)

Start date: September 2025 or to be agreed

• Training in hospitality, customer relations agent, CFC, CAP, BTS level or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in a receptionist/hostess position in the tourism sector
• Good command of French (level B2-C2)
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2-C1)
• Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft Office 365)
• Leadership, able to support and coordinate
• Organizational skills, global vision, ability to take a step back
• Great ease in human relations, in patient service (listening and communication skills)
• Exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, dynamism, and availability
• Ability to work alone or in a team
• Ability to assimilate new knowledge
• Certain interest in digitalization
