Plant Operator 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operating and setting up the winding systems according to process specifications

• Independent winding, spool as well as material and roll changes

• Monitoring all process steps including documentation and initiation of corrective actions

• Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work

• Contributing to production data collection, master data maintenance and process optimisation

• Supporting lean activities

• Ensuring order, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area

• Carrying out autonomous maintenance work according to specifications

• Working with the MES control system for order processing and production data collection

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience as a plant operator in length production, ideally in cable production, or in comparable mechanical production processes

• Very good technical understanding as well as high quality awareness and precise working methods

• Flexible deployment in various processes and quick comprehension

• Team player, reliable and resilient

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Good PC user skills and experience with ERP systems

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system

• Availability at short notice
