About the job
What you bring
- Qualification as a health/social care professional or SRK nursing assistant with several years of experience in supporting and caring for people with disabilities, psychiatric or long-term care
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Empathy, patience and understanding in dealing with people with disabilities
- Good knowledge of German
- Possession of a private vehicle for assignments at all external locations in the canton
- Solid IT skills
What to expect
- Responsibility for the people entrusted to you during the night
- Individual support and care of the residents
- Administrative as well as nursing activities
- Ensuring the flow of information to the day team and the night shift management
- Working in an interdisciplinary team networked across the various residential homes at the Rathausen site
