- Technical basic training with further education at FH/HF level (ideally building services or building automation).
- Experience in planning and implementing new construction, conversion, and renovation projects.
- Leadership experience in a technical environment as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Openness to innovations and enthusiasm for advancing new technologies.
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office 365), ideally complemented by SAP.
- Strong team spirit, communication talent, solution-oriented and hands-on working style.
