About the job

As a relief nurse, you will be deployed on delegation in a surgical ward. The ward specialises in orthopaedics / traumatology, spinal and visceral surgery.

In this position, your deployment will be from Monday to Friday, earliest from 7:00 am to a maximum of 12:00 noon. The exact deployment schedule will be arranged together according to your availability and our needs.
You work on delegation and are assigned where nursing demands are increased or staffing resources are limited, thus relieving the team with your professional expertise.

Start date 14 September 2026, fixed-term until 31 January 2027 (with option for permanent employment)

• Completed basic training as a nurse HF/FH or as a health specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the field of surgery
• Communicative, resilient and with high social competence in dealing with patients and team members
• High flexibility, initiative and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration

• Support for smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
• Employment possible on a monthly or hourly wage basis
• Regular working hours
