About the job
What you can achieve
- Central point of contact at reception with active shaping of the first impression of the outpatient clinic as well as versatile interdisciplinary collaboration with specialist departments such as Orthopaedics, Plaster & Wound, Technical Orthopaedics and the Outpatient Platform
- Coordination of appointments and execution of daily planning within the team including efficient prioritisation of tasks
- Processing patient admissions, maintaining master data and secure documentation in SAP/RIS as well as other clinical information systems
- Ensuring a professional counter and telephone service as well as service-oriented communication with patients and internal and external interfaces
- Supporting clinic operations through general administrative tasks as well as material and process-related duties; involvement in nursing activities with patients as needed
What you bring
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- Experience in administrative tasks, ideally in an outpatient or clinical environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and/or English skills are an advantage or willingness to develop them
- High service orientation, discretion and confident handling of sensitive patient data
- Flexibility, organisational strength and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
