What you can achieve
In this varied role, you will independently manage projects related to building harmful substances and indoor air – from investigation through planning to successful remediation. You will work closely with clients, planners, and specialist companies. Your tasks will particularly include:
- Investigation of buildings for harmful substances (asbestos, PCB, PAHs, PCP, heavy metals, etc.)
- Planning and conducting harmful substance investigations including sampling
- Carrying out and assessing indoor air measurements
- Preparation of reports, remediation concepts, and tenders
- Technical support of harmful substance remediation up to final acceptance
- Advising clients, architectural offices, planners, and authorities
- Co-designing and further developing the specialist area of building harmful substances & indoor air
Your competencies are
- Completed studies or training in environmental, construction or natural sciences (e.g. environmental engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building physics, geology, chemistry or construction technology HF). You are also exactly right with us if you have a construction-related higher education and corresponding practical experience.
- Ideally, you bring experience in the field of building harmful substances, indoor air or structural engineering. More important to us, however, is your motivation to develop further in this specialist area. Knowledge of construction and interest in harmful substance diagnostics and building remediation
- Experience in preparing reports or supporting construction and remediation projects is an advantage.
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- You enjoy communicating with customers and work successfully with interdisciplinary teams.
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
