Skills
- Must have FMH specialist title in General Internal Medicine or equivalent.
- Experience in geriatrics, palliative care, or psychiatry preferred.
- Strong communication skills in German, both written and spoken.

Your Tasks
- Medical basic care for chronically ill people with different needs and specialties (e.g. general geriatrics, gerontopsychiatry, palliative medicine including hospice)
- Medical care for geriatric patients in transitional and long-term care
- Conducting roundtable and location discussions with patients and their relatives as well as other members of the treatment team
- Participation in interdisciplinary reports and professional exchanges with the nursing and care teams
- Patient-related collaboration with specialist colleagues in the hospital, with family doctors in the region, and with additional specialists
- Training of assistant doctors in medicine in a rotational principle as well as Advanced Practice Nurses (APN)
- Participation in continuing education and training programs
Your Profile
- Specialist title in General Internal Medicine FMH or equivalent
- Experience in the field of geriatrics, palliative medicine or psychiatry is an advantage
- Open, friendly and innovative personality
- Motivation and commitment to interdisciplinary, interprofessional and partnership-based collaboration
- Responsible and dedicated working style
- Interest in continuous development
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
