About the job

With the hotels Säntis, Hecht and Löwen we operate three different establishments in the centre of Appenzell. The Hotel Säntis is located directly on the historic Landsgemeindeplatz, while the other houses are situated on the picturesque main street. We are an owner-managed business with around 50 employees who work across disciplines together.

Your Tasks

Independent management of your own service station including cash handling

Serving banquet guests, with and without cash handling

Resilient, even in hectic situations

Guest- and solution-oriented working

Your Profile

Completed apprenticeship in service or similar training/experience

Fluent German

Good spoken English skills

Passion for fine dining and professional guest service

Solid knowledge of wine or willingness to actively represent our extensive wine selection

Team player
