• Support in daily activities: You assist our residents with personal care, dressing and undressing, as well as mobilization, taking into account their individual needs and abilities.
• Accompaniment during meals: You support the consumption of meals, serve food and drinks, and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere.
• Promotion of independence: You motivate and activate residents to utilize their existing resources and promote their independence in daily activities.
• Observation and reporting: You pay attention to changes in the well-being or behavior of residents and promptly report this information to the responsible nursing professional.
• Household support: You ensure a tidy and hygienic environment in the residents' rooms and common areas (e.g., making beds, providing laundry).
• Social care: You take time for conversations, provide companionship, and accompany residents on walks or activities within the nursing home to promote social contacts.
• Documentation: You document the services provided and observations carefully and precisely according to our standards.
• Teamwork: You work hand in hand with nursing professionals and FaGe’s to ensure optimal and holistic care.

• Training and expertise: A qualification as a nursing assistant or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland.
• Work experience: Ideally, you already have several years of experience in long-term care – returnees are also warmly welcome!
• Empathy and resident orientation: You have a big heart for elderly people and value appreciative, empathetic, and resident-centered care.
• Team spirit and collegiality: You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and respectful in dealing with colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Sense of responsibility and reliability: You can be relied upon, and you work carefully and conscientiously.
• Language skills: Very good German skills are essential for communication with our residents and within the team.
