To strengthen our teams at the Commercial Vehicle Center in Lucerne, we are looking for a Service Consultant Vans (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.
Service Consultant (m/f/d) 100% / Specialization Vans
YOUR TASKS
- Customer support in direct contact during acceptance as well as by phone
- Customer-oriented advice regarding service and repair scope
- Acceptance and handover of vehicles
- Appointment coordination and agreements
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Order initiation and technical preliminary clarification of repair options
- Processing and clarifications regarding warranty and goodwill orders
- Complete order processing and invoicing
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical basic training in the automotive industry
- Further training as a technical merchant or business school is an advantage
- Experience with the Mercedes-Benz brand is an advantage
- Good oral and written expression in German and preferably in English
- Driver's license category B
- Good office application skills and proficient handling of computers
- Strong customer and service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- High quality and responsibility awareness, independence, networked thinking, and high self-motivation
