Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Development Prospects
Tasks
- Control and operation of CNC lathes as well as manual and hydraulic turning machines for precise machining of components
- Maintenance and updating of work documentation to ensure traceability
- Execution of tinsmith tasks such as grinding, straightening, and bending for processing metal components
- Carrying out daily maintenance work on pressing machines to ensure operational readiness
- Participation in the continuous improvement process to optimise workflows
Requirements
- Completed training as a production or polymechanic technician or equivalent practical experience in the metal sector
- Experience in processing sheet metal and metal parts with high quality standards
- Reliability in meeting deadlines and specified requirements
- Technical understanding combined with manual skills and careful working methods
