Here’s what you’ll do
- You are our friendly first point of contact at the reception and on the phone – ensuring that mail, calls, and information arrive reliably
- You coordinate appointments, clarify prices, and get everything running smoothly
- You always have office supplies, printed materials, and archives well under control
- You create lists and presentations, maintain data, and bring structure to the daily work routine
- You communicate clearly – in writing and verbally, with the necessary sensitivity
- You assist in planning and executing customer and employee events
- Specialists and project managers are relieved by your administrative support
- You coordinate tasks related to vehicle management
- You also contribute to the management of our properties – reliably and with commitment
- Cash management is your responsibility – conscientious and precise
These are your skills and strengths
- A completed commercial basic education
- Confident handling of MS Office – ABACUS knowledge is a plus
- Fluent German – written and spoken
- An independent, reliable, and flexible working style
- You are friendly, committed, team-oriented – and keep an overview even in hectic moments
