Microdul AG in Zurich City specialises in high-quality microelectronics with around 100 employees and three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturised electronic circuits, realised in close cooperation with our customers - mainly in medical technology. For the Purchasing & Logistics business area, we are looking for a new team member by arrangement.

• Independent, cost-optimised and timely procurement of components, semi-finished products, assemblies as well as capital goods
• Planning, disposition and monitoring of material availability throughout the entire procurement process
• Building, maintaining and further developing the supplier network as well as evaluating new procurement sources
• Optimising existing purchasing processes, procedures and systems
• Negotiating and continuously improving purchasing conditions while ensuring economic efficiency
• Close cooperation with the departments of logistics, sales, development and quality assurance
• Operational handling of day-to-day business using MS Office and ERP systems (JetOrbit / Proalpha)
• Participation in projects and support of cross-departmental initiatives
• Active shaping and further development of the purchasing organisation

• Completed commercial training with further education in the technical field
• 5+ years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in the electronics industry
• Strong negotiation skills as well as excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English skills
