CAD/CAM Technician Vulcanising
For the CH-VAT Operations area, we are looking for a technically skilled individual with a focus on CAD/CAM, 3-axis CNC milling, 3-axis CNC turning and vacuum clamping technology.
Your main tasks
- Design of vacuum and multi-clamping fixtures in CAD
- Creation, adjustment and optimisation of CAM/CNC programmes for 3-axis CNC milling and 3-axis CNC turning machines
- Commissioning of new and modified programmes on 3-axis CNC milling and turning machines
- Manufacture of vulcanised parts on multi-clamping fixtures
- Production, processing and commissioning of vacuum clamping fixtures
- Optimisation of clamping concepts, machining strategies, tools and cutting data
- Analysis and resolution of problems with programmes, tools, components and clamping fixtures
- Maintenance and management of programmes, technical data and documentation in the PLM system
- Collaboration with production, engineering and quality assurance
Your profile
- Training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ) or comparable technical training
- Experience in 3-axis CNC milling and 3-axis CNC turning
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming, ideally Top Solid
- Experience with vacuum and multi-clamping fixtures
- Understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing processes and testing requirements
- Independent, precise and solution-oriented working style
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and willingness to support production
