Polymechanic as Machine Operator

• You independently programme, set up and operate complex production systems for envelope manufacturing.
• You carry out minor repairs independently and efficiently resolve malfunctions.
• You plan and support maintenance work as well as revisions on the systems.
• You ensure a smooth production process and continuously optimise the performance of the machines.
• You actively contribute to maintaining the efficiency and availability of the production systems at the highest level.

• Completed training as a machine or polymechanic or as a printing technologist specialising in flexographic printing.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an industrial production environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good German skills at B2 level in spoken and written form.
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style.
• High resilience and flexibility in everyday work.
