• Performance marketing & tracking: Responsibility for the measurability and data quality of all performance marketing channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Newsletter/CRM tools, Display, Affiliate, etc. from data collection to evaluation
• Optimization of campaign setups: e.g. feed management, bidding strategies, audience setups, budget allocations
• Ensuring and continuously checking tracking across all channels: pixel implementation, conversion setups, tag management (Google Tag Manager), consent management
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Data, Marketing, CRM, IT) to coordinate technical requirements, campaign and performance goals
• Direct contact person and sparring partner for agencies - including evaluation, prioritization, and quality assurance of their proposals
• Analytics & reporting: Analysis of data flows in Google Analytics, Ads reports, CRM reports; ensuring data quality and data integrity
• Analysis of website, portal, and app performance with derivation of concrete optimization measures
• Consulting & innovation: Creation of dashboards, consulting, and knowledge transfer for internal stakeholders
• Responsibility and further development of attribution models
• Active training of the team: showing what is state-of-the-art, what is realistically feasible, and how long operational implementations take
• Development of best practices and guidelines for performance marketing, tracking, and data quality

• You have at least 5 years of operational experience in performance marketing, ideally on the client side or as a lead in an agency
• You bring excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, consent tools, and ideally also CRM/email marketing platforms. Knowledge in data protection, especially in the context of performance marketing, is an advantage
• Ideally, you have experience in creating dashboards with Looker Studio and Power BI
• You have practical experience with tracking setups, pixel implementation, event tracking, enhanced conversions, and ideally also conversion API (Meta)
• You have a strong numerical and analytical competence: ability to interpret campaign data and derive recommendations for action
• You bring the ability to explain complex contexts simply (team enablement, training, consulting management)
• You are a proactive, implementation-strong personality who delivers solutions and shows initiative
• You have very good communication skills to mediate internally between teams and challenge agencies externally
• Google Analytics certifications (GA4) and agency experience are an advantage
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• You have a clean record (criminal and debt register)
