In addition to home care, Spitex Bäretswil offers a care apartment with round-the-clock care and support. 22 elderly people find a comfortable, family-like home here with individual support and security.

Deputy Team Leader Care Apartment
Your tasks
- Support of the team leader in daily care as well as organisational tasks
- Deputising for the team leader during absences
- Active participation in team leadership, enabling & supporting employees
- Resource- and goal-oriented care of our residents
- Planning, coordination & controlling of care classification
What you bring with you
- Care professional HF or equivalent, recognised by the SRK
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Further training RAI-NH/ interRAI LTCF or willingness to complete it
- Warm, communicative, responsible
- Practical-organisational skills
