We are looking for a committed individual who will familiarize themselves with the process of directives management and competently support our specialist unit with their structured and solution-oriented way of working. In this position you will accompany the transfer of the directives management to a new technical platform and take on other exciting tasks.
Your tasks
- Specification of requirements within the framework of run and change processes
- Conducting tests to ensure the functionality and quality of the new platform
- Participation in planning meetings and close collaboration with the directives management specialist unit
- Maintenance and updating of the newly introduced role model during ongoing operations (run)
- Taking over first-line tasks for technical questions from directive-responsible bodies
Your profile
- You have experience in creating requirements for IT systems and are confident in handling technical specifications
- You have a commercial apprenticeship qualification, preferably with solid know-how in the financial industry
- Training users is one of your strengths, as is supporting migration topics
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience working on projects and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
- You have practical experience in implementing and optimizing administrative processes
- Your working style is characterized by reliability, independence, and a strong service orientation. At the same time, you are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile; additional language skills are an advantage
