About the job
Your new role
In the morning, as a kitchen assistant, you first plan the daily routine to ensure all work steps run smoothly. You prepare the dishes and equipment for the preparation of the planned meals and begin processing the food. You also master various cooking methods such as steaming, braising, gratinating, grilling, sautéing, and poaching.
