Your task

You ensure individual, professional as well as holistic and empathetic care of our residents.
You recognize critical situations early and independently initiate the necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.
Care planning and implementation: You create care plans according to medical prescriptions and professionally implement the corresponding measures in the medical-nursing area.
You maintain complete, professional, and differentiated care documentation and also guide your colleagues in this.
As RAI NH / LTCF Supervisor, you are responsible for the entire process and the guidance and promotion of your colleagues in this area.
You actively participate in rounds, reports, and team meetings, thus contributing to smooth collaboration in the interdisciplinary team.

What you bring

You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF and bring several years of professional experience, ideally in long-term care.
You are a RAI NH / LTCF Supervisor.
You enjoy advancing, promoting, and developing your team colleagues in RAI NH / LTCF.
Your high professional and social competence distinguishes you as well as your sense of responsibility and flexibility.
Good oral and written German skills are a matter of course for you.
With your organizational talent, you can structure everyday life efficiently and in an organized manner.
