What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Polymechanic EFZ for the precise manufacture of tools and machine parts. You programme and operate CNC machines, monitor production, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You work in a team to continuously optimise manufacturing processes.

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling and turning machines

• Knowledge in creating CNC programmes using Mastercam or directly on the machine

• Competence in manufacturing individual parts as well as small and medium series

• Precise working method in quality control and careful documentation of results

• Technical understanding for the maintenance of machines and tools

• Organisational talent for ordering tools and managing operating resources

• Responsibility for the administration and maintenance of clamping devices, measuring instruments, and testing equipment

• Reliability in maintaining all technical facilities and tools
