On three adolescent wards in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (KJPP), adolescents aged 14 to 17 with severe mental disorders are treated and cared for in an interdisciplinary team in a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieu-therapeutic setting.
We are looking for the adolescent ward A0 (acute ward) at Lenggstrasse in Zurich by arrangement a
Your tasks
- Delegative leadership in professional, organizational, and personnel matters
- Ensuring pedagogical and nursing care based on best practice and ethical-moral aspects
- Designing a resource-promoting milieu-therapeutic treatment setting
- Implementation of the nursing process in the reference person system
- Support in crisis situations
- Active participation in intensive interprofessional collaboration
Your profile
- You place our children and adolescents at the center of your work
- Completed vocational training in nursing or social pedagogy (recognition certificate for foreign qualifications)
- Professional experience in psychiatric or social-pedagogical child and/or adolescent care as well as initial leadership experience is an advantage
- You are used to working independently, taking responsibility, and making decisions
