Legal Counsel (m/f) 60-80%
Job Description
- Close collaboration with the CFO of ETA SA and the legal department of Swatch Group in Biel
- Advising and supporting all departments of ETA SA, particularly in the following areas: Human Resources, Purchasing, Product Development, Real Estate, and IT
- Accompanying and monitoring civil, administrative, and criminal proceedings
- Controlling, drafting, and negotiating contracts in all legal areas
- Responsible for the conclusion of contracts (sending, receiving, and reviewing as well as obtaining signatures)
- Responsible for managing the central electronic contract management system

Professional Requirements
- Law degree in Switzerland (Master of Law), a lawyer's license is an advantage
- Initial professional experience (preferably in the industrial sector or in a law firm)
Languages
- Native German or French with very good oral skills in the other language as well as good English skills
