LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern, with branches in Biel and Thun as well as the Concept Store MAGGS in Bern. For our Marketing Department in Bern, we are looking for an interested and creative person from 19 October 2026 until 15 April 2027 on a fixed-term basis

Would you like to gain initial experience in marketing and advertising and get an exclusive insight behind the scenes of Switzerland's most personal department store? Then become part of our creative team in the marketing department of LOEB AG!

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the smooth setup and dismantling of popup areas
• You acquire new partners for the popup areas in the department store in Bern
• You organise events and coordinate the deployment of suppliers
• Acquisition, planning, coordination and implementation of new partners for cooking courses, tastings, various events, private rentals and other activities also belong to your tasks
• You take over the administration in connection with events, pop-ups and activities in the department store
• You support the marketing department in general
• You are the interface to suppliers, purchasing and sales

Your profile:

• Interest in marketing and advertising: You want to gain initial insights and practical experience (internship salary 2500.-).
• Commercial knowledge: You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Language skills: You write confidently in German and can also express yourself well in English both in writing and orally.
• Fashion and trend affinity: You follow the latest trends and feel at home in the world of digital media.
• Text affinity: You have a talent for writing and can express yourself well and creatively.
• Team spirit and communication: You have a winning charisma, a neat appearance and love contact with people.
• Independence and creativity: You are strong in organising, work on your own initiative, bring fresh ideas and like to think unconventionally.
