As a Brewer and Beverage Technologist EFZ, you produce ready-to-consume beverages from raw materials using modern production facilities. You control and monitor the manufacturing process, check relevant parameters, regularly take samples, and document the corresponding work steps. Furthermore, you perform laboratory analyses to ensure quality. What you have learned during the school block weeks can be applied immediately in the company.
