What you can achieve
- Service-oriented, professional, and appropriate handling of demanding external as well as internal customer inquiries – via email, telephone, and in person
- Independent and timely processing and posting of incoming invoices and reminders, including clarifications and research
- Preparation of financial reports and support in the development of budget projections
- Taking on extensive data collection and support in conducting compliance reviews
- Ensuring quality requirements for bookings and documentation, including the creation of instructions in compliance with compliance guidelines
What you bring
- Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a commercial clerk or Bachelor FH/Uni in economics
- Initial professional experience in a comparable function
- Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office; SAP is an advantage)
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Service-oriented personality with careful working style and good communication skills
