DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
PROFIL ATTENDU
- Take full ownership and leadership of a major international trade show merchandising project, managing all phases from briefing through execution, and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful in-store and event activations for prestige brands during the trade show.
- Drive layout development and design innovation is specifically tailored for the major international trade show event incl retailtainment to maximize brand visibility and enhance consumer / retailer experience.
- Provide team support on other ad hoc merchandising projects as needed, balancing priorities and contributing expertise where possible.
- Minimum 8-10 years in merchandising, project management, retail experience, visual design, and beauty or luxury activation
- Strong experience leading multi brand merchandising projects.
- Degree in Business, Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising design, materials, production, printing, artwork processes as well as project lead
- Ability to read technical drawings and develop technical specs.
- Expertise in beauty and / or luxury retail activation.
- Strong leadership presence and cross functional management skills.
- Autonomous, pragmatic, detail driven.
- Able to work under pressure and manage rapid change.
