As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional expertise, respect, and commitment. Our institution combines two houses with four specialised geriatric departments, two protected dementia wards, and the Atrium – a unique offering for young adults.

What awaits you
- You are enthusiastic about training young people and take responsibility for the HCA trainees in your department. You enjoy supporting trainees on their path to professional qualification.
- Together with your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
- In addition to supporting in everyday work, you organise monthly learning days with the trainees, conduct discussions, write educational reports, and participate in the monthly vocational trainer meetings.
- You take on daily responsibility and are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
- As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, administer the nursing documentation in RAI, and implement in-house concepts.
You bring with you
- A completed training as a Health Care Assistant or qualified nurse HF/FH.
- Certificate course as a vocational trainer already completed or willing to complete it.
- Empathy, assertiveness, humour, and level-appropriate communication characterise you.
- With the appropriate qualification, accompanying our HF students is also possible.
- German language skills at least at level B2
