We are looking for the CMS of Moudon a:

Mission:

• Provide occupational therapy services and appropriate care for people of all ages, in various contexts, in collaboration with their entourage.
• Act as the "situation reference" for clients and assess their needs.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary manner in the organisation and follow-up of the care project defined with the client.

Profile:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or an equivalent qualification (foreign diploma recognised by the CRS).
• Demonstrate a good sense of responsibility and be capable of organising oneself autonomously.
• Have good skills in network collaboration and multidisciplinary work.
• Hold a valid driving licence.
