For the newly opened Senevita Dreiklang in Lausen we are looking for an organisationally strong and warm-hearted person immediately or by arrangement as

Residential Area Manager/Optional Deputy Head of Care 80 - 100 %

• You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for correct needs assessments
• You share responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic targets
• As a nurse, you support the familiar and well-coordinated team and together ensure the best possible quality of care
• You lead by example every day and motivate your team to perform at their best
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the care team

• A qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF
• Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with relevant training
• Enjoyment in helping shape a still new operation
• Experience in long-term care or home care as well as in dealing with people with dementia
• Interest in care development and improving care quality
• You think economically and good RAI knowledge would be desirable
