Your tasks
As a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer, you are ready to passionately implement projects successfully in collaboration with the sieber&partners team. You can independently analyze business processes, organizational structures, as well as IT and material resources. Together with your clients, you will develop comprehensive requirements for IT solutions. Your consulting skills as well as handling the technical challenges of our clients come into play. You create the professional conception of innovative and integrated IT solutions and support the client in formulating, structuring, and documenting requirements and processes.
Your profile
Completed master's degree in business administration, business informatics, or industrial engineering, or an equivalent education with an IT focus.
At least 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in a comparable role.
Team player with high independence, personal responsibility, and commitment to cross-cutting topics, leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and healthy self-initiative.
Enthusiasm for complex tasks and the associated cross-cutting business processes.
Knowledge of common process description methods (BPMN, etc.).
Certifications for Business Analysts (CBAP, CCBA) or Requirements Engineering (CPRE) are an advantage.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
Confident German and English language skills.
Willingness to travel – within Switzerland and nearby abroad.
Residence in Switzerland.
