At our Zollikerberg Rehabilitation Clinic, we treat patients especially in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation through modern and patient-centred care. Your Tasks
- Implementation: You successfully implement the hospitality concept together with your team in practice and ensure compliance with the defined standards
- Processes: You coordinate the daily business and ensure smooth operational procedures
- Team Leadership: You lead the hospitality team of 8 employees both professionally and personally and are responsible for efficient deployment planning
- Controlling: You take over the preparation of the monthly financial statements and keep an eye on the profitability in the hospitality area
- Service Quality: You ensure compliance with ZURZACH Care standards and guarantee high quality throughout the hospitality area at the location
Your Profile
- Training: You have completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ and ideally hold a degree from a hotel management school HF or a host licence
- Professional Experience: You bring experience in upscale gastronomy or hospitality, ideally in a clinical environment
- IT Skills: You confidently use common IT applications and have solid PC user skills
- Leadership Competence: Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience
- Appearance: You impress with a winning personality, a friendly and well-groomed appearance, as well as good German language skills
