Our client is an established, state-of-the-art Swiss IT service provider focusing on future-proof infrastructure solutions. To strengthen the IT operations team, we are looking for a committed, quality-conscious, and technically skilled individual as a Senior ICT System Administrator.

- System & Server Administration: Support, maintenance, and monitoring of hybrid server landscapes (Windows Server, Active Directory / Entra ID, Hyper-V / VMware as well as Microsoft 365 / Azure).
- Network & Security Operations: Administration of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls) as well as monitoring and enforcement of cyber security and backup standards.

- Solid Education: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ (specialising in system technology / platform development) or a comparable qualification.
- Practical Experience: Several years of solid experience in system administration and support of IT infrastructures, ideally gained in the environment of an IT service provider (MSP / consulting).
- Technical Portfolio: Deep hands-on expertise in the Microsoft server/cloud stack, virtualisation, network security, and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
- Certifications: Current Microsoft (e.g. Messaging, Identity or Administrator Associate) or network certificates underline your professional competence and willingness to learn.
- Personality & Language: Analytical thinking, structured working style, very good German skills (business fluent in spoken and written) as well as good English skills.
- Continuous Growth: Targeted and fully supported further training as well as budget for vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).

In this central role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, support, and continuous optimisation of complex customer and in-house infrastructures.
