In the beautiful Zurich Oberland, in Rüti ZH, is the Breitenhof Center. It includes a senior center with around 95 residents with different care and nursing needs as well as day care for children and seniors.

- Daily responsibility and support of the team in everyday work
- Needs- and resource-oriented as well as individual care
- Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and their evaluation
- Participation in the development of nursing quality
- Bringing your committed expertise into everyday life
- Goal-oriented support of our trainees in the learning process
- Administrative and organizational tasks
You fit with us because you bring the following requirements:
- Training level Certified Nurse HF or FH
- Positively minded team player
- High social competence
- Good physical resilience, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Further training as a vocational trainer (advantageous but not required)
- Service-oriented, goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Confident German in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills in electronic nursing documentation careCoach and BESA are an advantage
