Employee Braiding Cable Production (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Manufacture of specialised coils and outer conductors using specialised and braiding machines
• Operating, setting up and monitoring production equipment including coil and material changes
• Carrying out troubleshooting and minor maintenance work on the equipment
• Checking and recording production processes as well as initiating appropriate corrective measures
• Assisting with production data collection and process optimisation
• Performing autonomous maintenance according to internal guidelines
• Working with the MES control system for order processing and production data collection
• Ensuring high process and product quality throughout the production process

Your Profile

• Completed training as a machine operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or basic mechanical training (e.g. production mechanic, polymechanic)
• Several years of experience as a machine operator in length production, ideally in cable production or comparable mechanical production processes
• Very good technical understanding as well as a strong quality awareness and precise working method
• Flexibility for deployment in various processes as well as quick comprehension
• Team-oriented, reliable and resilient personality
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good PC user skills and experience with ERP systems
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
