This is what you achieve
- Leading complex and demanding customer projects in the area of software development and integration of our tax solutions at our customers
- Establishing the project organization and leading project teams distributed across multiple locations with local or nearshoring development teams and in close collaboration with the customer
- Defining the necessary guidelines and tools for project execution, along the development process and within company guidelines
- Being responsible for and representing your project internally as well as in the customer's project committee
- Evaluating necessary suppliers or third-party components and conducting negotiations together with our central purchasing department
This is what distinguishes you
- University or university of applied sciences degree in computer science or comparable education as well as relevant professional experience and certifications (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- At least 10 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in software development in an agile environment. Including leading at least 3 projects over 1 million CHF, including at least one project according to HERMES and one in the field of tax administration
- Solid knowledge in taxation, tax collection processes, as well as experience in contract-compliant execution of customer projects
- High professional, methodological, and social competence, preferably with HERMES Advanced certification
- Communicative, self-initiating personality with analytical, conceptual skills and knowledge of agile development methods
- German at native or C1 level, good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
