We are a dedicated ICT team at the Vetsuisse Faculty of the University of Zurich, ensuring that administration, research and teaching run smoothly. For our versatile ICT environment, we are looking for an experienced and service-oriented individual who competently supports our users and actively contributes to the further development of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Support at 1st and 2nd level for Windows and macOS
• Maintenance and development of our Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint, Intune etc.)
• Point of contact for IT enquiries via hotline and ticket system
• Maintenance and care of software and peripheral devices
• Management of permissions, procurement and licences including documentation
• Participation in projects and taking on small sub-projects
• Support and maintenance of our multimedia and AV systems on the VSF campus
• Close collaboration with central IT and various specialist departments

Profile

• Completed training in computer science
• Several years of experience in IT support and system administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365
• Solid experience with Power Automate and SharePoint Online
• Interest in AV and multimedia technology - experience is an advantage
• Customer-oriented and communicative manner
• Independent, structured working style as well as team spirit
• German is our working language - you can also communicate well in English
