About the job
Your tasks include
- Professional and personnel management of 6 specialist staff at the two locations
- Ensuring a contemporary and needs-based counselling service on the topics of couple counselling, separation and divorce counselling including mediation as well as sexual and pregnancy counselling
- Further development of the specialist unit based on the cantonal service mandate
- Promotion of internal and external networking with partner institutions in the catchment area including giving lectures
- Initiating and conducting interdisciplinary projects
You bring with you
- Degree in Psychology (FH or University) or Social Work
- Proven work experience in the context of counselling or psychotherapy
- High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
- Strong social skills for interaction with all stakeholders
- Leadership experience and further training in leadership and management advantageous
- Experience in project management advantageous
