About the job
Gross monthly salary:
fr. 2’000.-- (with completed master)
Tasks:
- participates in and supports the activities of the Interreg project "Libervie, Freedom to move: Accessible and inclusive cross-border cultural and literary routes"
- collaborates in the management and development of the heritage mapping project, updating supporting documentation and drafting press releases and in-depth texts for the media
- takes care of the revision of thematic mappings and feeds the heritage databases
- collaborates in the revision of the website and the drafting of newsletters
- supports the organization of events, informational meetings, conferences, and thematic training
- other activities may be assigned depending on the interests of the intern
Requirements:
- academic training (bachelor + master), preferably in the humanities
- knowledge of open platforms (Wikidata, OSM, etc.)
- excellent oral and written expression skills in Italian
- knowledge (spoken) of at least one official language and English
- interest in the cultural sector
- knowledge of the territory and its cultural heritage
- goal-oriented working method
- experience in writing texts and/or managing geodata is a preferred qualification
Special notes:
- the internship (with a fixed-term auxiliary staff contract) will last 6 months
- candidates who obtained their bachelor + master more than a year ago are not eligible for the internship
- the Office of Analysis and Digital Cultural Heritage (UAPCD) manages the Cultural Observatory of the Canton of Ticino (OC) and the System for the Enhancement of Cultural Heritage (SVPC). It is a multifunctional center that promotes surveys and reports in the cultural sector and develops cultural heritage enhancement projects

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: those provided for by the Law on the Organization of State Employees and Teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
