According to the concept of resource calculation for daily structures, a total of 6,524 hours are available in the calendar year 2022 based on the calculation bases (as of October 21). The budget for 2022 provides for 6,357 hours.
Application
The personnel assignments (from 01.12.2021/01.01.2022) with 6,279 annual hours and 78 annual hours reserve will be taken as per the attachment and forwarded to the school administration personnel administration for the creation of change orders. Considerations

With the 78 reserve hours, 2h are available per school week for allocation after the summer holidays or further adjustments. These may be needed for an expansion of the lunch team on Monday in Geroldswil. Furthermore, an increase in Wednesday afternoons in Geroldswil would be necessary. However, as an option, a merger with Oetwil would have to be examined. In this case, the children from Oetwil would have to attend the daily structures in Geroldswil. Due to the retirement of Brigitte Achermann, the termination of the kitchen assistance, the open position as FaBe in the daily structures Oetwil, as well as the additional hours according to the resource calculation, new job postings must be made.
