Are you looking for a challenging position where you can apply your strong project management skills? Then you are exactly right with us! As a project manager for customer projects & digitalization, you will shape the interface between the customer, planning, and execution - and significantly contribute to the successful implementation of our individual facility services solutions.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Sales | Support for regional managers in sales activities, preparation of calculations, and management of the CRM application
- Planning | Coordination and monitoring of the preparation for order starts, development of customer-specific solutions and concepts for optimizing facility services, preparation of work and deployment plans
- Implementation | Support for the operational management team in the introduction of digital solutions
- Digitalization | Identification and evaluation of digital solutions and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of facility services as well as active participation in digitalization projects
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Education & Work Experience | Commercial or technical basic training with several years of professional experience in project management (experience in cleaning or facility management is an advantage)
- Work Style & Precision | You are an organized personality, work largely autonomously, can guide other employees professionally, argue convincingly, and enjoy engaging in challenging discussions with internal and external contacts in different work environments
- Process Optimization | You have a strong interest in digitalization
- Independence & Strong Communication Skills | Reliability and a joy in independent and flexible work characterize you. Willingness to travel, as projects may be carried out at various locations
- Team Ability & Personal Qualities | You enjoy working in a team, are resilient, and are characterized by a service-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset and actions
