tasks

• You are responsible for ensuring the IT operation of the customers, which you continuously develop further
• In doing so, you resolve faults and take over the installation as well as the support of IT solutions
• Furthermore, you are responsible for release and update management
• Supporting customers in projects, in support and during maintenance assignments on site or via remote maintenance is also part of your demanding tasks
• Intensive teamwork with the cloud team is also one of your important activities, where you design, install, operate and document vSphere, Veeam and storage
• The further development of the product portfolio in the area of cloud services as well as technical support for cloud projects rounds off your exciting range of tasks
• The workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• You have completed training as an IT specialist
• Professional experience in the areas of servers, storage systems, VMware virtualisation technologies and Veeam backup is required
• Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Windows servers and Windows client operating systems
• Good English skills are also important
