The dreischiibe Foundation is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our diverse service and commercial centres in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal prospects for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration places. In the day centre and meeting centre, we promote social integration with over 63 visitor places.

On behalf of the disability insurance and other referral agencies, we accompany people with mental impairments on their way into the regular labour market. We support apprentices during training, internships and career entry as well as adults in building their work capacity and re-entering working life. In doing so, we work closely with employers and other partners in the regular labour market.

Integration Advisor / Job Coach (50-60%) fixed-term until the end of 2027

Your tasks

• You accompany people from disability insurance measures and other referral agencies from entry to integration into the regular labour market.
• Together with clients and employers, you coordinate the entire integration process.
• You organise internships, work training, training places and job placements.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• You support employees in retaining their jobs or in professional reorientation.
• You actively maintain your network with employers and referral agencies and further develop our integration offer.

Your profile

• You have a completed vocational training EFZ and at least five years of professional experience in the economic or social environment.
• You bring training or further education in job coaching, work pedagogy, job placement or counselling or are willing to further your education in this area.
• You confidently apply experience in the labour market integration of people with mental impairments as well as knowledge of social insurance and labour law in your daily work.
• You are characterised by high social and counselling competence and an appreciative attitude.
• You communicate confidently and present yourself convincingly.
• You approach your tasks independently, in a structured and responsible manner.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and networking is a matter of course for you.
• You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car.
