- Completed apprenticeship as a gardener - garden and landscape construction
- Experience as a foreman
- Experience working outdoors or on construction sites
- Enjoyment of responsibility, independent work and team leadership
- Technical understanding and practical skills
- Driving licence category B
- Interest in sustainable and nature-oriented projects
