The Riedacker Foundation Retirement and Nursing Home is located in Heimberg directly by the beautiful Buechwald with a view of a wonderful mountain panorama. In two residential buildings, around 65 elderly and care-dependent people receive professional, attentive care and support in a cozy living environment with enjoyable tasting. To complement our team, we are looking for an SRK or AGS nursing assistant 70–90% to start immediately or by arrangement. You bring: • Completion of SRK or AGS nursing assistant course • Joy in caring for and supporting residents • Interest and understanding of the needs of elderly people • Social skills, commitment, empathy, and patience • Nursing and social competence and enjoyment of your area of responsibility • PC user skills, good knowledge of German • Resilient, reliable, and responsible personality Your main tasks: • You support and take over the individual care and support of the residents • You assist the residents in their daily activities and participate in everyday life design • Documentation of care according to BESA guidelines We offer you: • Varied and interesting activities in a competent team • Modern employment conditions • Independent tasks within your area of competence and room for ideas • High expertise in care and leadership • Motivated colleagues If you have any questions, Ms. Dragana Dobric, Head of Care & Support, will be happy to assist you.
