The Lanzeln Senior Center is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the label &quotQuality in Palliative Care&quot. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake and train station, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. With around 200 employees, we provide a comprehensive and professional range of services.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

Head of Nursing and Care 80-100%, Member of Executive Management

Your tasks

• You lead the nursing and care department in organizational, professional, personnel, and financial matters
• You ensure a high quality of nursing and care
• You share responsibility for achieving the strategic corporate goals of the municipality of Stäfa
• You actively shape the strategic development of the LANZELN SENIOR CENTER and take co-responsibility for overall management
• You are responsible for leading and further developing six team leaders in nursing and care (5 residential areas + night shift team), the activation team with 3 employees, and the education team with 4 employees
• You actively develop the care competence in the area of palliative care and integrated care
• You identify innovation potentials, initiate and are responsible for their targeted, sustainable implementation to further develop our inpatient long-term care
• You actively network with external organizations in the field of long-term care and integrated care

Your profile

• Completed nursing education at HF level
• Management training, ideally supplemented with further education in leadership
• Several years of leadership and management experience in a comparable position
• Strong analytical skills as well as solid experience in dealing with key figures in nursing and finance
• Very good digital skills and solid experience with common industry software solutions
• Experience in project, process, and change management is an advantage
